SMART-Payload Approach to Space Radiation Monitoring

RadStat is a compact, modular CubeSat subsystem designed for space-based radiation monitoring. Built using a SMART-Payload (Simplified Modular Approach for Rapid Technology Payload) methodology, it combines automotive-grade and space-grade components to reduce cost and development time while maintaining mission reliability.

RadStat provides real-time radiation exposure data and evaluates shielding effectiveness, offering a reusable platform for CubeSat and small satellite deployments. Its standardized, platform-independent design accelerates payload development, making space-based technology validation more accessible and efficient.
